This is a remarkably complex infusion, packed with the kind of good stuff that all Paladins would take pride in. Spicy ginger is thought to protect against ageing and improve elasticity of the skin, while the earthy turmeric is said to possess anti-inflammatory qualities that calm overactive pores. 

On the more vegetal side, carrots are packed with beta-carotene – an antioxidant that repairs skin tissue and beetroot is high in folate to stimulate the repair of skin cells.
