Green tea leaves are finely ground, resulting in high-quality matcha that’s perfect for preparing traditional matcha, cold-brewed matcha, green tea lattes, and smoothies. This is a ceremonial grade matcha, which tends to have a smoother flavor and results in a more vibrant, deeper shade of green than culinary matcha.
