Mushroom Mug

Bring the quiet beauty of the forest into your hands with the Mushroom Mug by The Midnight Mustard Seed.

Every sip feels a little more special when it comes from a vessel crafted with intention. This isn’t just a container for your morning brew; it’s a piece of art that turns a routine coffee break into a moment of genuine appreciation for handmade artistry.

A Ritual of Peace

We believe your daily rituals should bring you comfort. Holding this mug feels like a warm embrace, inviting a moment of pause in a busy world. The substantial weight of the clay and the warmth of its earthy glaze work together to ground you, spreading a sense of hope and peace through your heart and home.

Why you’ll love the Mushroom Mug:

• Handmade in Tennessee: Each mug is individually thrown and etched by the artist, ensuring your piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art.
• Earthy, Organic Design: A warm, speckled brown glaze shifts to a darker earth tone at the base. Detailed etchings of green grass and red-capped mushrooms create a textured scene that feels alive.
• Generous Capacity: Perfectly sized at 14-16 ounces for a substantial serving of your favorite tea, coffee, or hot cocoa.

Behind the Wheel

Samm, the Memphis-based artist behind The Midnight Mustard Seed, pours her heart into every piece she creates. Drawing inspiration from her faith, motherhood, and the beauty of nature, she crafts functional ceramics that bridge the gap between art and utility, helping others find strength and comfort in their daily lives.

Care Instructions

This mug is dishwasher safe, but to preserve the vibrant colors and detailed etching for years to come, we recommend hand washing with care.

Bring this touch of hope into your kitchen today. The Mushroom Mug is more than just a mug; it’s a daily reminder to find beauty in life’s simple moments.
