Most rooibos is left to oxidise in the sun, turning the leaves a rich russet colour. A bit like how black tea is made.
But our Rainforest Rooibos instead celebrates a rarer style: green rooibos.
This is created by rapidly heating freshly harvested leaves to halt oxidation before it begins.
The result is lighter and fresher than traditional rooibos, with a clean, bright quality reminiscent of green tea, while still retaining that unmistakable rooibos sweetness underneath.
We’ve then infused this with exotic and fruity mango and papaya, for a fun, playful flavour. Orange adds a zesty through note, before beautiful cornflower petals give the blend a little visual flourish.
Naturally caffeine free, this deliciously different tea is a tasty treat to enjoy at any time of day.
