If you’re struggling to sleep, then why not try our premium chamomile tea to help relax you. We’ve carefully selected this herbal tea for its beautiful and refreshing properties.

What does it taste like?

Our premium chamomile tea has a mild and floral taste. Its subtle sweet notes are reminiscent of apple, pear and honey with a warm and earthy undertone. This delicate tea has undergone laser sorting to ensure a quality taste each and every time.

Will it help me sleep?

Chamomile is well known for its relaxing properties. According to the Sleep Foundation, it is considered to be a mild sedative or tranquilizer. This might help relax the nervous system and promote sleep. Anecdotal evidence suggests that drinking chamomile tea prior to bedtime can help improve sleep quality and reduce nighttime awakenings.

Chamomile may also be a great choice for people that suffer with anxiety. This is because it contains an antioxidant called apigenin. These compounds attach to receptors in your brain that may reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
