Sei You Sha is a boutique tea shop located in Atami, Shizuoka, Japan, specialising in high quality, small batch matcha with a distinct “nut-forward” and roasted flavor profile. It is known for its intense umami, creamy texture, and minimal bitterness, often comparing to Yame Matcha.
This matcha crafted from tea leaves grown at the foot of Mt. Fuji, roasted thoroughly in a traditional brick built tencha oven and carefully stone milled into a fine matcha. It delivers a bold, nutty aroma with a deep, lingering umami in every sip.
