Devil’s Claw Root Organic

Devil’s Claw Root Organic ~ Harpagophytum procumbens

Named for its imposing-looking curved leaves and spiky fruits.

Devil’s Claw is a plant that’s been highly prized by European and African herbalists for centuries. Often used to create oils and supplements, we provide the roots of this herb to customers. Devil’s claw roots are packed with a compound known as harpagoside. This nutrient is believed by experts to have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, meaning it’s often taken as a relief for a range of aches and pains. The dried root of this plant can be used to make an infusion. This Devil’s Claw infusion has a distinctive aroma and flavour, one that is quite unique even when compared to other herbal teas.
