Earth and rose in aromatics, textured mouthfeel with no astringency, and a cup character of sweetened dark chocolate. The smaller leaf particle makes it versatile as a breakfast tea or as a stand alone without milk and sugar. An excellent value!
All Keemun tea (pinyin spelling is “Qimen” and pronounced “chee-mun”) comes from Anhui Province, China. Keemun tea dates back to the mid-1800’s and was developed following techniques that were used to produce Fujian black tea for centuries.
