The Chorizo Criollo Parrillero is a Great Taste Award-winning, gluten-free Argentine-style chorizo made with premium pork and a traditional blend of sweet paprika and crushed red peppers. It delivers a savoury, well-balanced flavour that enhances the natural richness of the meat. When grilled, it develops a caramelised exterior with a juicy, tender bite.

The Spanish-style Spicy Chorizo offers a bolder profile, combining paprika, garlic, and warming spices for a smoky heat that builds without overpowering. Ideal for those who prefer a stronger kick, it works perfectly on the BBQ, in sharing platters, or tapas-style dishes.

How to use

For best results, defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Once thawed, cook using your preferred method:

• BBQ / Grill: Cook over medium heat, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through
• Pan: Fry on a medium heat, turning occasionally until golden and caramelised on the outside
• Oven: Bake at 180°C until cooked through, turning halfway for even colour and texture

Serve hot as part of an asado, in a crusty choripán with chimichurri, or sliced into sharing platters and tapas dishes.

Chorizo Criollo Parrillero:
Pork meat, bacon, common salt, Argentine premium crushed red peppers (ají molido), dextrin, sugar, stabiliser (E-451i), milk protein, flavour enhancer (E-621), antioxidants (E-316, E-331iii), colouring (E-120), lactose, soy protein and spices.

Spanish-style Spicy Chorizo:
Pork shoulder, bacon, paprika, garlic, salt and spices.
