Its initial taste is noticeably bitter and acrid, but it quickly transitions to a clean, floral sweetness with subtle honey notes. When combined with Shou Puerh (ripe pu-erh tea), the blend’s earthy, smooth, and slightly sweet profile softens the chrysanthemum’s bitterness, while the flower adds a refreshing, cooling lift that balances Puerh’s richness.
