明前碧螺春 “Ming Qian Bi Luo Chun” (March 17, 2026 harvest)
Handmade by the Hong family, a third-generation tea farmer, Bi Luo Chun is characterized by its unique curled shape from the rolling process. In the spring, it resembles a tiny green snail, and the abundance of trichomes on the leaves is a sign of sweetness and quality. It is a green tea lacking any vegetal taste yet replete with tropical fruit notes that give way to a nutty almond taste.
