Sun-dried, white tea compressed into cakes and made from Zi Ya purple bud tea. Purple bud tea is a type of tea made from the purple-colored buds and young leaves of the tea plant, a coloration caused by natural pigments called anthocyanins. It is not a separate tea category like black or green tea, but rather a unique cultivar that can be processed into any tea type (Green, White, Black, Oolong, or Puerh). It has 10 times more antioxidants than blueberries and even tastes like them!
