An elegant take on a classic favourite, using the finest Ceylon Orange Pekoe black tea scented with zesty, natural bergamot and complemented by a sprinkling of honey sweet orange blossom.
PREPARATION
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 95-100°C water. Enjoy with or without milk and sugar.
TEA-RIVIA
In the early 1800s cheap tea was flavoured with bergamot by dodgy tea merchants and sold as expensive tea. Little did they know that they were in fact creating what was to become one of the most popular flavoured teas of Britain.
