Also known as a gong dao bei (公道杯), a fairness cup is used in traditional Chinese tea brewing to collect tea from a gaiwan or teapot before serving. This ensures an even strength and flavour across each cup.
With a capacity of approximately 200ml, it’s an ideal companion for gongfu tea brewing. The translucent glass allows the colour of the tea to show through beautifully.
