Traditionally pressed into cakes, these uncompressed, younger leaves retain their natural crispness, offering bright floral top notes, a sweet-cream body, and a clean, refreshing lift. Gong Mei has a slightly fuller flavour than Silver Needle and White Peony, whilst benefitting from the same low caffeine and high antioxidant content.
