Instructions
- To assess tolerance: Consume one capsule twice per day for the first seven days.
- Directions for use: Take two capsules on an empty stomach upon waking with water. Take two capsules 30 minutes prior to lunch with water.
- For an explosive workout: Take two capsules prior to training.
