Made using the leaves and stems of the tea bush – this is a great place to start off your Japanese green tea adventures – introducing elements of sweet & savoury, as well as umami.
Kukicha is noted for its fresh green flavour and low astringency. Our kukicha has an emerald green infusion, with mild bitter-sweet notes and mouthfeel associated with fine Japanese teas.
Easy to brew a delicious cup unlike some other Japanese teas which have a narrower window.
