This FBOP leaf grade was produced February 2026 by Mr M.P. Sisira Kumara at the Lumbini Tea Valley in Southern Province of Sri Lanka. It’s a one bud, two leaf pick of the TRI2026 cultivar growing at 1,400 feet.
The Lumbini Tea Valley was started in 1975 by Mr. Dayapala Jayawardana. It is now operated by his son Chaminda. The Lumbini Tea Valley is one of the most consistent producers of top-notch Ceylon tea.
This tea was formerly known as Lumbini FBOP.
