Strong fruit character exemplary of the style, fortified by a polished redwood aroma. A buoyant cup with a texture that moves like a canoe through still water.
Harvested and produced April 18, 2026 and finished roasting June 25, 2026. It was produced by Mr. Huang Yuan Cai on Wudon Mountain of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province. It’s a three leaf and one bud pick of the Song cultivar growing at approximately 2,800 feet. “Song” here is a reference to the Chinese Song Dynasty of 960 to 1279.
