Rose Congou is a classic Chinese tea from Yunnan scented with rose flowers carefully layered among the tea leaves at the outset of the oxidising process.
This allows an intense rose aroma to permeate and infuse the whole tea. A few petals are left in the finished tea serving as decoration.
