Russian Caravan black tea by The Tea House is an imaginative lightly smoked blend inspired by campfires along the historic silk road.
Fine, earth-spicy Yunnan, sweet-smoky Keemun and a dash of Lapsang Souchong teas, expertly blended to yield a wonderful full-bodied aromatic tea with a subtle note of smoke.
It is said that the light smokiness of this tea style originally came from campfires built along the Silk Road. This skilful blend emulates the unique characteristics of those caravan teas.
Brew longer for a stronger cup and take with milk or infuse multiple times for 15-30 seconds each for an enjoyable elegant black tea. Delicious with a rich fruit cake!
