Our Signature Matcha is made from the young leaves of the spring harvest of the Okumidori cultivar. Stoneground and Kagoshima-grown.
Smooth, sweet and beautifully creamy, it delivers a vivid green cup with a silky texture and deep umami character. With very little astringency and a naturally rounded finish, this is a more refined expression of matcha – one that’s best enjoyed simply, whisked with water as Usucha.
