About the Cheese
Saint Félicien is a luxurious “double-cream” cheese that promises a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
Inspired by the famous St. Marcellin, this cheese is crafted from thermised cow’s milk and enriched with cream, resulting in an irresistibly creamy texture.
Beneath its thin rind lies a soft, buttery paste with subtle mushroomy notes. As Saint Félicien ripens, its paste becomes completely runny and gooey, with the flavour deepening to perfection.
It’s best enjoyed at its “peak” ripeness, as indicated on the packaging. Pair Saint Félicien with elegant white, rose or red wines for a truly decadent treat.
