Every Monica is individually handcrafted fresh to order and features four heart-shaped layers of signature Flavourtown sponge in a choice of three delicious flavours. We only bake with the finest organic flour and sugar, free-range eggs, Madagascan vanilla and decadent Callebaut Belgian chocolate. And our talented bakers make all of our sponges, icings, compotes and decorations in-house here in our Great Taste Gold Award-winning London bakery.
