This traditional Japanese specialty combines Bancha tea with about 50% roasted popped rice grains—’genmai’ meaning “natural rice.” The result is a pleasant, slightly sweet, and nutty green tea that’s easy to enjoy. Use 1 tsp/cup
With 75 – 90 ̊C water
And steep for approx. 1 – 2 min
Your tea is normally enjoyed without milk
