Composed purely of Yabukita stems and coarse leaves, this carefully shaded, late-spring harvest delivers a unique version of Karigane, roasted to perfection by a family of tea growers whose expertise has been passed down over six generations. The special deep-roasting method emphasizes the tea’s natural maltiness, imparting an intense, pungent aroma without any hint of bitterness.
