Peaberry coffee is one of nature’s most charming accidents.

In around 5% of coffee cherries, the usual two seeds fuse into a single, perfectly rounded bean, creating a smaller, denser coffee with concentrated flavour. Their rounded shape also allows them to roast more evenly.

Ours comes from Kenya’s Nyeri region on the volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya, where the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness by small-scale farmers and washed for exceptional clarity and brightness.
