Origin:
Also known as Nana Mint, this mint variety is a close cousin of peppermint, but with a gentler, sweeter flavour. It’s wonderfully easy to enjoy on its own, whether hot or cold, or mixed with other teas. In places like Morocco, it’s a staple—served as Moroccan Mint Tea, a fragrant blend of gunpowder green tea, fresh spearmint, and sugar, and commonly enjoyed as a symbol of hospitality.
Important: Always brew with boiling water and let it infuse for 5-10 min in order to obtain a safe beverage.
Please note that the volume of Spearmint is more than twice the volume of normal teas. e.g. 100g looks like 250g.

Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 to 2 tsp/cup
With 100 ̊C water
And steep for 5 mins to 10 min
Your infusion is usually consumed without milk
