Encased in an edible bloomy rind, this cheese has a rich, creamy paste with elegant mushroom and grassy undertones.
Its silky texture melts in your mouth when fully ripe, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
Named after the Glen of Tranquility, this classic-style brie is perfect on a cheese board or baked in the oven.

Cheesemaker: Highland Fine Cheeses
Highland Fine Cheeses, passionately created in Tain, Scotland, came to life on Blarliath Farm. This small business operates from the dairy on the farm, producing a unique collection of artisan cheeses.
Founded by Reggie and Susannah Stone, the farm’s cheesemaking legacy began with a complaint about the lack of traditional Crowdie cheese, leading Susannah to start producing it herself.
Today, their son Rory Stone heads the company, focusing on mould-ripened cheeses using milk from local farms. The Stone family’s dedication to traditional methods and high-quality ingredients ensures that each cheese they produce is a true reflection of the Highland’s rich dairy heritage.
