Raclette cheese, with its rich history, was once a staple in the diet of Alpine cheesemakers, providing warmth and sustenance during the harshest of winters. Today, its irresistible melting properties make it a beloved choice to accompany steaming hot potatoes, crisp gherkins, and rustic, crusty bread.
Our artisan Raclette cheese is crafted from the finest cows’ milk in the Emme region and carefully washed with a brine. This version is elevated with the addition of aromatic truffles, enhancing its creamy, meaty texture and delightful aroma.
It pairs exquisitely with a variety of elegant ales, red wines, and white wines, making it an ideal choice for both casual gatherings and refined dining experiences.

Jumi Cheese has a rich heritage in cheese production, beginning with their great-great-grandfather in 1896.
Over five generations, the family has honed their craft, becoming exceptional cheese artisans dedicated to improving and enriching the range of Swiss cheeses. Every step of their process, from milking the cows to delivering the final product, remains non-industrial, ensuring the highest quality.
In the valley of Emmental, cows graze in lush pastures, and their fresh milk is brought to the dairy twice daily. Cheese making begins with the milk still warm from the cow, and each cheese is carefully nurtured by the artisan until it is ready to be enjoyed by both the artisan’s family and cheese lovers.
